If we receive your order and payment online for treatment and our team finds that the treatment is not suitable for you and we cannot supply the medication, we will issue a full refund to the same bank account or payment method used to make the initial payment.
Refunds once issued can take up to 10 working days to reach your account. Once we issue a refund, the time it takes for the funds to show in your account is not in our control.
In the case of order cancellation, the amount of refund depends on the status of your order. If you cancel the order before our prescribers have reviewed and issued your prescription, we will offer a full refund.
If you cancel your order when your order has been reviewed by our prescribers and the prescription has been issued, we will issue a 60% refund.
If the medication has been collected from the pharmacy, we are unable to offer a refund as it cannot be used again.
The participating pharmacies try to have the medications in stock however, there are sometimes issues with the supply of some medicines. We are not liable to offer any refunds and discounts due to delays in the supply of any medicines.
In no case, should www.expertweightloss.co.uk be liable to a refund or damages above the cost of the particular treatment paid by the customer, as far as allowed by the law.
If any specific term of this policy is not enforceable by law, the remainder of the policy should remain valid and enforceable law.
The above refund policy refers to the change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
